is where we excel. Creative Office Pavilion is equipped with
a full time staff of service personnel, a fleet of vehicles
and modern warehousing facilities. We're using the latest technology
to schedule every project ASAP.
Delivery: Delivery of non-systems
product happens within 5 days from receipt in our warehouse.
Your delivery is confirmed 48 hours prior so when you see
our trucks out on the road, you'll know if they're heading
for your office.
Installation: Creative Office
Pavilion provides complete installation services with either
a union or non-union labor force. Each job is supervised and
reviewed before, during and after installation occurs to make
sure you're delighted every step of the way.
Warehousing: With a total
250,000 sq. ft. in our facilities in Woburn and Wilmington,
MA and Portland, ME, COP is ready to receive new product or
professionally store your excess assets.
Maintenance and Service: A dedicated service staff
is prepared to answer your call for help. We respond in 24
hours and also have emergency two hour response for power
problems and file lock-outs. We stock many common Herman Miller
parts on our trucks, allowing us to often fix your problem
on the first visit. If we don't have the part, we will assess
the situation and return as quickly as possible.
