Jamie Gilmore - President
Jamie comes to Pavilion Floors, Inc. with an extensive background in the flooring industry. He worked for 4 years as Partner at T.G. Installations where he managed labor and warehousing for the 3rd generation family owned flooring company. While there, he controlled commercial projects including Marriott Long Wharf, The Bostonian, and New York Life Insurance. From here, Jamie moved on to Hancock Paint Co. where he was the Director of the Flooring Division for 8 years. He ran 14 retail locations and was responsible for large projects including, The Willard Hotel, Washington, D.C. and Springdale Manor – a 700 unit residential complex. Prior to coming to PFI, Jamie worked for 9 years as a Commercial Account Manager at Shaw Flooring. His $3,000,000 in annual sales included projects such as Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Olin College, Cisco Systems, Cambridge Park, Fidelity, and Boston Athenaeum – the largest sheet linoleum project in Boston. Jamie is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales staff as well as day-to-day operations of the entire business.

Andrew DeCristoforo -Vice President
Andrew has joined the Pavilion team and brings with him his unique and well rounded knowledge and experience of the flooring industry. He has instantly made an impact upon the company with systems implementation in Job Cost and Estimating. He worked for almost 13 years with Allegeny Flooring and grew along with the company, learning the ropes from Assistant Controller to Estimator, to Controller, and finally Treasurer in the Union arena. Jim
Pergamo – Account Manager Jim brings 25 years of flooring experience to Pavilion Floors, Inc. His experience includes 16 years of installation, 8 years of sales experience, and 5 years as owner of a retail flooring store. Since working at PFI, Jim has worked on large projects including The Bay Tower Room Renovation, Krupp Brothers, The Colony Group, and Canton Public Library.

Tim
McGovern – Account Manager Tim joined Pavilion Floors, Inc. with 10 years of sales experience. He has been with PFI for 5 years. His concentration is predominantly with Institutional Clients, specifically Harvard University. Some of Tim's Harvard projects include Baker Hall, Morgan Hall, Chase Hall, Gutman Library, and Spangler. He has also worked on such projects as Parexel, Black Rock Country Club, St. Paul’s Church, and Tufts Dental School.

Bill Nichols – Sr. Account Manager
Bill joined Pavilion Floors, Inc. after working for The Invironmentalists a division of DuPont Textiles. He is a graduate of Northeastern University College of Criminal Justice. He has over twenty years of sales experience and presently runs the Providence, Rhode Island office, located in The Creative Office Pavilion Rhode Island facility. Along with many construction management companies, hospitals, educational institutions and private companies, Bill works very closely with Citizens Bank on a nationwide basis helping them make the right flooring decisions. |

Pete St. Gelais – Account Manager
Peter brings six years experience in the flooring industry with him. His background work was mainly with End User and Housing Contractors. He takes an aggressive approach in determining flooring products that will perform the best for your project. His goal is to give the customer the best performing floor that will last and hold up over time. With the help of Pavilion Floors Operations department, Pete can manage your project from start to finish. Some of the projects he has worked on are the Lowell General Hospital Renovations, 45 Lot Sub Division in Georgetown, and Concord Hospital.

Gary
DeYoung – Manager of Operations
Gary brings over 20 years of flooring experience to Pavilion Floors, Inc. While he has worked as a field installer, his skills also include estimating and management. Gary has been with PFI for 5 years. He is a team player who eagerly supports his “in-house” staff as well as his field staff. Gary is responsible for overseeing and managing both installation and warehouse operations. |

Chuck
Forbes - Installation Supervisor
Chuck brings over 26 years of experience to PFI. His experience includes a combination of installation, including 3 years in the Local Union 2168, as well as experience in scheduling and field estimating. Chuck worked at both Circle Floors and Shaw Contract Flooring prior to starting with Pavilion Floors, Inc.

Rich Noyes – Account Coordinator, Marketing, Estimating
Rich graduated from Silicon Valley College with an Associates degree in Graphic Design. He is involved with many projects at Pavilion Floors and has recently joined their Estimating department. Rich handles all the Project Coordination for Citizens Bank, and manages the Fidelity AIM program. He is also in charge of Pavilion’s Marketing Program, developing the rollout of their new Brochure, Monthly Mailers, and various photography needs. |

Sue Bourque - Project Coordinator
Susan brings with her almost 20 years of experience in the floor covering industry. Susan has served as Project Coordinator on such projects as Fidelity Investments, in both the Boston and Merrimack, NH campuses, various MIT and Harvard University projects, Metro West Hospital, Bristol Meyers Squibb and AG Edwards

Kristy Kenney - Project Coordinator
Kristie joins Pavilion Floors with over two generations of family flooring experience behind her. While previously employed in her father’s contract installation company, Kristie served many rolls, such as purchasing, scheduling, and project coordination. Kristie is already enjoying her new capacity at Pavilion Floors and looks forward to being able to serve you on your project. |

Jay Howsberger - Warehouse
Jay came to Pavilion Floors after running a family business for over twenty years. He is involved in all the shipping and receiving duties involved with the many projects at Pavilion. He is also called upon to make back-up deliveries when the need arises. Jay’s organizational skills allow him to maintain a clean and efficient working warehouse.

Don Terry - Warehouse Coordinator/Delivery Management
Don comes to Pavilion Floors with an extensive background in delivery management. Although part of the team for a short time, Don has proven his worth. He strives to be as efficient in his deliveries as possible. While much of his time is spent on the road, Don also contributes his time as warehouse coordinator. He helps to manage both inbound and outbound product as well as keep the facility organized and ready for the next shipment. Look for Don's smiling face on the road; he can be spotted in the big Pavilion Floors truck.

Mark Enes - Warehouse
Mark graduated from Curry College with a degree in Business Management. He brings with him eight years experience of production management in the machine industry. He also has a strong background with warehousing procedures, inventory management, and delivery of product.

Fanya Sapozhnikov -Estimator
Fanya studied at the Belarussian Technical University, where she pursued a Masters degree in Construction Engineering. She specialized in the field of HVAC for 30 years where she was a Design Engineer and then a Chief Engineer managing a team of 10 employees. In 1998 she relocated from Belarus to the United States where she pursued Estimating in the Flooring industry. Fanya started with Allegheny, and then worked for The Clemons Group before joining the Pavilion Floors team. |
